Use Bubbles and Pinwheels to Manage Anxiety

Children who feel anxious can benefit from learn deep breathing skills. Bubbles and pinwheels are great tools to teach children how to self-calm and regulate their breathing.

  1. I found this really interesting. I work with Adults with Learning Disabilities. One 85 year old gentleman I care for loves blowing bubbles. I keep topping up his bubble pot with washing up liquid. Now I know how beneficial bubbles are I will encourage our other Residents to blow some too.
